Now that's what I needed...

and what the doctor didn't order...



Really refreshing...
GINGER LIME ICED TEA

Ingredients:

1cup grated ginger
4 ½ litres boiling water
4 ½ litres cool water
¼ cup lime Juice
1 cup sugar

Method:

Place grated ginger into a jug and pour boiling water over the ginger and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Add cold water, lime and sugar to taste.
*serve with ice.*
